This policy explains what personal information KOSH EDUTECH ("RakeFree", "we") collects when you use RakeFree on rakefreelive.com and in our apps, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Who we are
RakeFree is a platform for booking seats and tables at card rooms and for staffing those tables. It is operated by KOSH EDUTECH, Sihanoukville, Cambodia. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We never receive your Google password.
- Bookings: the games, tables, seats and periods you book, join or leave, and your waiting-list entries.
- Payments: payments are made in cash at the room. The amount, the date and who received it are recorded in the room's cash ledgers in RakeFree. We do not collect card or bank details.
- Location: only if you allow it in your browser or device, your approximate location, to show you the nearest room. You can say no and still use RakeFree.
- Work records: if you work as a dealer or other staff through RakeFree, your shifts, attendance and pay records.
- Technical data: the device and browser you use, your sign-in sessions, and basic logs that keep the service secure.
Why we use it
- To create your account and sign you in.
- To run bookings: to seat you, start tables, and staff them.
- To record money correctly and show you your own records.
- To show you the nearest room, if you allowed location.
- To send you notices about your bookings and work, for example that a table is starting or was cancelled.
- To keep RakeFree safe, prevent fraud and meet our legal duties, such as accounting and tax records.
Google sign-in
When you choose "Continue with Google", Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture, and that your email address is verified. We use them only to create or find your RakeFree account (an account with the same verified email address is linked, not duplicated) and to show your name and picture in RakeFree. We do not use Google data for advertising and do not share it except as described in this policy. RakeFree's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove RakeFree's access at any time in your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Who we share it with
- The casino or card room that operates the room you book or work at sees what it needs to run your table: your name, your bookings and seat, and the payments recorded for them.
- Other players at your table may see your display name.
- Service providers who host and run RakeFree for us (servers, email and messaging), only so they can provide the service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Booking and money records are kept for as long as the law requires accounting and tax records to be kept, even after an account is closed. Security logs are kept for a short time. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Cookies and sign-in sessions
RakeFree stores a small amount of data in your browser or device to keep you signed in (your sign-in session) and to remember settings such as your language and theme. During Google sign-in, a short-lived value is kept in your browser tab to protect the sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can see and correct your profile in the app. To ask for your account and personal information to be deleted, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We will confirm your request and act on it within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep. You can turn off location access at any time in your browser or device settings.
Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections and limited access. No service is perfectly secure; if you think your account was misused, tell us at [email protected].
Age
RakeFree is only for adults aged 21 or over, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
