What RakeFree is

RakeFree helps players find and book seats and tables at rooms operated by casinos and card rooms, and helps those rooms staff their tables. RakeFree does not run the games: the casino operating the room runs them, and its house rules apply at the table.

Who can use RakeFree

You must be 21 or over, or the legal age where you live if that is higher, and you are responsible for following the gaming laws that apply to you. One account per person. The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.

Your account

Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else used it.

Bookings and payments

Prices are shown before you book and are kept as shown when the booking is posted. Payments are made in cash at the room and are recorded in RakeFree's ledgers. A table starts only when the conditions shown in the app are met. If a table does not start or a booking is cancelled, any refund is made as shown in the app. The room's records and RakeFree's ledgers are used to settle any question about money.

Working through RakeFree

If you work as a dealer or other staff through RakeFree, the shift, the place and the pay are as shown when you accept the work. The casino's rules apply while you work in its room.

Fair use

Do not cheat, collude, commit fraud, give false information, harass anyone, use another person's account, copy data from RakeFree by automated means, or interfere with the service.

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Records the law requires us to keep are kept after closing.

No guarantee

RakeFree is provided as it is. We do not promise that a seat, a table or a shift will always be available or that a table will start, and we are not responsible for how a casino runs its room or for the result of any game.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, RakeFree is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to RakeFree in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using RakeFree after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
